Jerome the otter

Yay, another mortal. o_O X3 I don't really have anything for this guy, other than he might be fun to use, since almost everyone I have is somehow supernatural, or else just a potent mortal creature. And I mostly have like, hedgehogs, wolves, I need other animals.. So yeah, this guy's mortal, no real powers, except he's very fast in water, like a torpedo.
